Rice-Vegetable Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked brown rice
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. flour
    1 egg or the equivalent of substitute, mixed
Preparation
    Mix rice, parsley and carrots.
    Add spices.
    Mix in flour and egg.
    Fry in coated nonstick vegetable sprayed pan or grill. Serve on toasted whole wheat buns with condiments.
    Serves 6.
