Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/3 c. applesauce
1 1/4 c. water
yellow, white or lemon cake mix

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix cake mix, water, applesauce and egg whites.
Beat until moistened.
Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
Cool, then remove.
When cool, frost.
