Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 egg whites
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 pt. low-fat milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. raisins or any fruit

Preparation

Beat egg whites lightly.
Mix all ingredients and bake until done in a 350\u00b0 oven.
