Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Desired amount of sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked
1/2 to 1 stick butter, melted
1/2 can frozen orange juice
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Mash cooked sweet potatoes and add butter, orange juice, 3/4 cup brown sugar, eggs and cinnamon. Mix and refrigerate.
When ready to use, prepare topping.
Mix together pecans, butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
Smooth on top.
Bake 30-40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 6-8 depending on amount of sweet potatoes used.
