Light Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted cake flour
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. low-fat cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 large egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix cake flour and 1/4 cup confectioners sugar.
    Cut in cream cheese until crumbly.
    Gradually add oil, stirring with fork.
    Toss with fingertips until evenly moistened.
    Press in bottom of 8-inch square pan.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
