Ingredients

1 c. maple syrup
1 c. catsup
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid red pepper seasoning
2 racks (13 oz. each) baby back ribs
1 Tbsp. finely chopped gar lic
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Maple Syrup Barbecue Sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Place ribs in pan.
Rub with garlic, pepper and salt. Pour 1 cup barbecue sauce over ribs.
Turn to coat.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Then broil 6 inches from heat, turning until caramelized, about 5 minutes.
