Fried Salt Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. salt pork
black pepper
2 c. hot water
flour
Preparation
-
Slice pork.
Add to water and let stand for awhile or overnight.
Drain well.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Dredge in flour. Fry slowly in a greased skillet until golden brown.
Serve with biscuits.
