Roasted Venison Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 large deer steaks, marinated several hours in cold water and 1/2 c. vinegar, rinsed and dried
1 large bottle ketchup
1 large green bell pepper
1 large Vidalia onion
black pepper
salt
Preparation

Line casserole dish or large deep dishpan with foil.
Chop steaks into bite-size pieces.
Place steak pieces in pan and cover with ketchup.
Chop onion and bell pepper and spread over steak. Stir together.
Put remaining ketchup on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 until meat is done.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
