Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese.
    Add and beat in sugar.
    Add egg yolks, salt and flour; blend in milk and vanilla.
    Beat egg whites; fold into mixture.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
