Beef Orientale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    left over roast beef
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 medium green or red pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 medium tomato, cut in chunks
    rice or chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Cut meat in 1-inch pieces.
    Place in a skillet and brown quickly.
    Drain pineapple and add enough water to make 2 1/4 cups. Stir liquid, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and salt into meat.
    Mix cornstarch and water; stir in mixture.
    Cook until thick.
    Stir in pineapple, peppers, tomato chunks and onion. Cook until glazed, about 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
