Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn and liquid
1 can cream-style corn
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese and return to oven for 5 more minutes.
