Arroz Con Gandoles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. sufrito
    2 pkg. sazon
    1 pkg. sazon con achiote
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    pepper
    tomato sauce
    salt
    1 can gandoles (pigeon peas)
    6 c. water
    3 c. rice
    5 pork chops, cut in small pieces
    1 thick slice cooking ham, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    In a large pot, put the oil.
    When oil is
    hot, put 1 tablespoon of sofrito, 4 tablespoons tomato sauce, 2 packages of sazon, 1 package of sazon con achiote, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, pepper and salt.
    Simmer until brown, then add 6 cups of water; bring to boil.
