Broccoli Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. broccoli, chopped fine

Preparation

Mix and bake in greased muffin tins at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
