Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 sweet potatoes (may vary depending on size and amount desired)
2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine (don't spare)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. flour
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 handful mini marshmallows

Preparation

Bake sweet potatoes until done.
Peel back top and scoop out inside of potato.
Whip potato with 2 to 3 tablespoons margarine. Mix in brown sugar, cinnamon, pineapple, flour and marshmallows. Put mixture into baking dish and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
