Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cooked lean beef, cut into thin strips
    3 c. medium egg noodles
    1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 small red onion, sliced
    1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
    2/3 c. bottled red wine
    1 large tomato
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    vinegar dressing
Preparation
    Place all in a large bowl and pour dressing over all.
    Stir well.
    Enjoy.
