Creamy Cheesy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine
1 (5 oz.) can Hormel chunk ham
Preparation

Cover potatoes, celery and onion with water.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
Reduce heat to low and add soup, cheese, milk, margarine and ham.
Simmer until cheese has melted, stirring occasionally.
