White Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. instant white mashed potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream mashed instant potatoes, then combine eggs, salt, milk and melted butter or margarine.
Mix well; pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 or 40 minutes until filling is firm.
(Yields 6 servings.)
