Shaum Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    few grains of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add salt and cream of tartar. Continue beating until stiff (20 to 30 minutes).
    Sift sugar and add slowly while mixing.
    Add vinegar and vanilla.
    Beat well. Pour into buttered spring-form pan.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
