Baked Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach fettucine
    2 oz. butter
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. cream
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    1 c. freshly grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to moderate 350\u00b0.
    Add the fettucine to a large pan of rapidly boiling water and cook until just tender. Drain well and set aside.
    While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large pan.
    Add the chopped onion and stir constantly over low heat until the onion is tender.
    Add the drained fettuccine to the pan.
