Chicken Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded with meat tenderizer hammer
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    basil or Italian seasoning to taste
    parsley, lightly sprinkled
    Parmesan cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown fillets in olive oil until just cooked through.
    Add remaining ingredients, except parsley, and stir to blend.
    Simmer, stirring occasionally, in covered skillet for 20 to 30 minutes. Top with parsley, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese and allow to melt.
    Serve over hot, cooked egg noodles.
    Serves 4.
