Never Fail Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 can Carnation milk
    1/2 lb. butter or oleo
    2 (6 oz.) of 1 lg. jar marshmallow cream
    2 lg. pkg. chocolate bits
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, Carnation milk and butter.
    Cook to soft ball stage.
    Pour over marshmallow cream and chocolate bits.
    Mix well.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
