Mom'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. cold Crisco
    5 to 6 Tbsp. ice cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and Crisco with a fork until crumbly.
    Add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, until dough forms a ball.
    Roll out on a floured surface.
    The less the crust is handled, the more tender and flaky the crust will be.
