Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 blocks butter
    1 cup shallots
    2 cans evaporated milk
    2 cups cheese
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 lb. crabmeat, seasoned well
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter; add cheese and then milk.
    Bring to a boil and add crabmeat (seasoned to taste).
    Serve with crackers.
