Dutch Baby(Breakfast) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
4 large eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 large apple or pear, peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
Preparation

Place butter in large heatproof dish (a quiche pan works well) and put in 425\u00b0 oven to melt.
Mix eggs, milk, flour and salt until smooth.
Pour batter into hot dish.
Toss apples in lemon juice and arrange pieces over batter.
Sprinkle brown sugar over top.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
It will puff up, then collapse in center while browning.
