Extra Light Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yeast cake
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 c. warm milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. scalded milk
6 to 8 c. flour
2/3 c. butter
Preparation

Boil and mash potatoes; add butter and sugar.
Add beaten eggs and sugar; cream together.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk.
Add to potato mixture.
Add flour until mixture is stiff enough to knead.
Knead well, about 10 to 12 strokes.
Place in greased bowl. Grease top of dough with butter.
Let stand in a warm place to rise.
Form into rolls and let rise again.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
