Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients in large bowl.
Stir in mayonnaise.
Gradually stir in water and vanilla until smooth and blended.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round pans.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool and remove from pans. Ice with chocolate icing.
