Meat Balls(Finger Food) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 celery, chopped
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 small can chopped mushrooms (optional)
    1 c. sharp grated cheese
    milk, buttermilk or sour cream (small amount of either)
Preparation
    Mix all together. Form into small balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 until brown (approximately 15 minutes) or brown in skillet on both sides.
