Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    4 c. rhubarb, diced
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix until crumbly the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, oatmeal and melted butter.
    Pat 1/2 of crumbs into greased 9-inch pan; cover with 4 cups rhubarb.
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.
    Cook until clear.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
