Company Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 c. grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
5 oz. elbow macaroni
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Brown meat in skillet.
Add onion, tomatoes, ketchup, grated peppers and parsley; simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook macaroni; drain and combine with meat mixture.
Season to taste.
Gently spoon mushroom soup from can into the mixture and mix lightly.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until top is bubbly and brown.
