Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, skinned and cut into small pieces
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. flour
1/8 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place chicken and buttermilk in large shallow dish and marinate several hours.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Dip chicken pieces into flour mixture.
Fry in your favorite oil until crispy brown.
