Meatless 3-Step Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked converted rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1 can (19 oz) kidney beans, rinsed
    1 can (15-1/4 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
    1/4 c. Kraft Italian Dressing
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. Kraft Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
    Topping: additional shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice in a 3-qt. saucepan as package directs with onion and celery added.
    Five minutes before rice is done, stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in cheese and cook until melted.
    Top each serving with shredded cheese.
