Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. cream-style corn
    3 jalapeno peppers, sliced
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sour cream.
    Add oil and mix.
    Add cornmeal, corn, peppers and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
    Pour in greased baking pan, sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    I put more jalapeno pepper than it says.
