Baked Or Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (4 oz.) chicken breasts
1/2 c. skim milk
1 c. dried bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. parsley
pepper to taste
Preparation

In bowl, mix bread crumbs and spices.
Dip chicken in milk, then roll into spice mixture.
Place on hot grill.
Cook until tender, or bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
Cover with foil to hold in moisture.
