Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. unpeeled potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

In a large bowl, add all ingredients.
Stir until potatoes are evenly coated.
Pour mixture into shallow baking dish, stirring occasionally while baking.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serves 8.
