Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. butter
    1 pt. half and half
    8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Combine cheese, butter and half and half in a saucepan.
    Heat until melted.
    Pour over potatoes in 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Let casserole stand for 1 hour.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
