Apple Cinnamon Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. chopped apples
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In a large bowl combine flour (1 cup), 2 tablespoons sugar, yeast and salt.
Add very warm water (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0) and oil.
Add egg.
Blend at low speed.
Beat 3 minutes on medium speed.
By hand add apples and remaining 1 cup of flour.
Spoon into 12 muffin cups.
Let rise, covered, for 1 hour (1/2 hour for quick rise yeast).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
