Mocha Toffee Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
1 oz. baking chocolate, melted
1 tsp. instant coffee, dissolved in 1 tsp. water
3 (1.4 oz.) toffee candy bars, crushed
Preparation

Combine cookie crumbs and butter.
Press in bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
Beat softened cream cheese with sugar, sour cream, vanilla and eggs.
Add chocolate and coffee to the cream cheese mixture.
Continue beating.
Sprinkle flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, over cream cheese and beat well after each addition.
