My Aunt Betty'S Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. unsweetened chocolate (the best you can get)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt chocolate and water in top of a double boiler.
Add sugar and salt.
Allow to thicken, stirring frequently, 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in butter and vanilla.
Reheat when ready to use.
