Grandma'S Hungarian Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 single pack graham crackers, crushed
    14 oz. dry curd cottage cheese
    12 oz. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. regular milk
    5 egg yolks
    5 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix butter and graham crackers together and pat into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In bowl, mash cottage cheese a little and then beat in milk, yolks, sugar, flour, vanilla and salt until smooth.
