Crisp And Chewy Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. white sugar
    1/3 c. molasses
    1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Mix together ingredients (butter, sugar, molasses and eggs). Cream mixture for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir in ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt and spices). Blend well. Roll dough in balls the size of walnuts; roll in sugar and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cookies are barely set and just starting to brown on the edges. Remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet for 3 to 5 minutes. Place cookies on paper towels to finish cooling, then enjoy!!
