Chicken Enchilada Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken breast
1 pkg. softened cream cheese
16 oz. mayo
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can diced green chili peppers
Preparation

Boil chicken until done.
Let cool & shred.
Place in bowl and mix in cream cheese, mayo, cheddar cheese & green chili peppers.
Place in a baking dish and bake about 30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
