Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
3 to 4 oz. toasted almonds, slivered
3/4 c. coconut
2 c. crushed Rice Chex
Preparation

Melt first 2 ingredients in frying pan.
Add the next 3 ingredients to frying pan.
Stir entire mixture constantly for 5 minutes.
Press half of the mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer in 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream, top with remaining mixture; freeze.
Serve with strawberry topping and whipped cream.
