Fried Corn Meal Mush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. water
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Bring the water to a boil. Combine the corn meal, cold water, salt and sugar. Gradually add to boiling water. Cook until thick. Reduce heat, cover pan and cook 5 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Pour in loaf pan and cool.
    Slice and fry until crisp.
