Salmon Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon
1/2 c. flour
1 c. fine meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation
-
Open can of salmon and take out bones.
Put in bowl and add flour, meal, salt and onions.
Add just enough water to mix up good.
Make patties and fry in hot cooking oil until brown.
Drain on paper towel to get off excess oil.
