Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 center chops
3 large bell peppers
3 large onions
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. raw rice
2 c. water
salt and pepper
Preparation

Fry pork chops in small amount of grease real fast until they are brown on both sides.
Put the rice in bottom of a large casserole dish.
Begin layer of onions (slice round) and a layer of bell peppers.
Lay the browned pork chops on top and layer with the onions and bell peppers on top.
Add the soup and water.
Cook in oven, covered with tinfoil, for 1 hour.
