Harvest Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, diced (about 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Put into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle on top 1 cup corn flake crumbs or cracker crumbs mixed with 3 tablespoons melted oleo.
    Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
