Crunchy Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 carrot, grated
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar or 14 pkt. Equal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Toss cabbage, green pepper, onion and carrot in large bowl. Blend oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and pepper in a jar. Shake well to blend.
    Pour over greens and toss to coat.
    Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight to blend flavors.
