Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Melt butter in a pan over hot water, add sugar and beat.
Add eggs one at a time.
Then add other ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes then 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
