Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 can onion soup
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can celery soup
    flour
    1 can water
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, soup and eggs as for meat loaf.
    Make into patties; dip in flour and brown on each side. Arrange in a greased baking dish.
    Mix celery soup, tomato soup and water.
    Pour over the patties and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
