Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, cut up or chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cooked Minute rice
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. onion juice
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
2 Tbsp. crushed almonds
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Put in casserole dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Top with 1 cup of crushed corn flakes, buttered, the last 3 minutes of cooking time.
Can be frozen.
